Trail Tone (TM) is a fun fitness session that helps you get in shape as nature intended -- using your body in nature! This adventure includes a +/-3 mile hike and targeted toning exercises. No weights, no walls, no treadmill. The trail has its own "hills" program without even pushing a button. Breathe fresh air, see mountain views, explore the wilderness with fun hiking buddies, and get a toned body. All you need is a good pair of shoes and a refreshing bottle of water. You can bring a yoga mat if you want an extra smooth ground surface.
