Get toned arms, butt, abs and a great cardio workout on one of the most beautiful trails in Southern California. Trail Tone (TM) is a fun fitness session that helps you get in shape as nature intended -- using your body in nature! This 2 hour adventure includes a 3 mile hike and 30 minutes of targeted toning exercises. No weights, no walls, no treadmill. The trail has its own "hills" program without even pushing a button. Breathe fresh air, see mountain views, explore the wilderness with fun hiking buddies, and get a toned body. All you need is a good pair of shoes and a refreshing bottle of water. You can bring a yoga mat if you want extra smooth ground coverage.

Remember to bring:
>1 liter of water, snacks, sunscreen, sun hat and/or parasol, athletic shoes with lug soles or hiking boots, personal medications, handful of toilet tissue, small plastic sack for garbage, and sunglasses.
Optional safety items may include: an umbrella (for shade), hand sanitizer, pepper spray, whistle, compass, first aid kit, camera, trekking pole/s, pen/pencil and paper.
Hiking will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Anyone arriving late will be considered a "no-show", so be a little early. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
